ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Legion Investing, LLC is located near Los Alamos, New Mexico, tucked comfortably between the Jemez Mountains and the Rio Grande.  Formed in 2019, Legion was founded by Dave Martin and his wife to allow them to build their financial freedom.  Dave partnered with experienced real estate investor, John Recob, in 2018 and they have been identifying quality investment opportunities ever since.  Andrea Neumann joined the team in 2019 adding yet more valuable knowledge, ideas and experience.  Legion currently has one un-paid intern who is getting trained to assist with acquisitions and investor relations.  He’ll get a picture here when he’s done with his training.

When Legion began to take shape, we started by developing one of our top internal goals – the attainment and preservation of our financial freedom.  Then an obvious question came us – that’s great, but why just us?  Our fellow investors who participate in the opportunities we develop are actually part of our team as well.  We would like them to achieve the same financial freedom we do.  This primary internal goal became our company’s “why,” the driving force for what we’re doing.

Our team has closed on 8 properties in the last 20 months and we have more in the pipeline.  Come join the fun.  We’re looking for people who like the idea of financial freedom.  That could be:

• Fellow investors looking income generating opportunities.  That includes experienced investors and those at the beginning of the journey.
• Professionals in the commercial real estate business who deal with multifamily properties, self-storage, RV and/or boat storage facilities.  If you’re a broker, property manager, lender, mortgage broker, or anyone else in working in this space, drop us a line.
• We’re also looking for owners who to sell their properties.  If you have already listed your property or if you haven’t gotten that far and would rather not go through all that work, contact us and let’s see if we can find a solution that works for both of us – that’s usually not that hard to do.
